Client Information

Client Payment Policy

While we are not able to accept direct insurance payments at this time, we are committed to helping our patients seek reimbursement from their insurance providers. We can assist by providing detailed documentation, including itemized receipts, and any necessary forms required for submitting claims. Our staff is available to guide you through the process, ensuring you have all the information needed to file for reimbursement efficiently. Please reach out to our office for support with your insurance documentation needs.

We are pleased to offer flexible payment options for our patients. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover eligible expenses at our wellness center. These accounts allow you to pay for qualified services with pre-tax dollars, providing a convenient and cost-effective way to manage your medical costs.

Please contact our office if you have any questions about using your HSA or FSA.
